Maintains relationships with our Miracle Kids and Families
Actively participates in developing our committee's culture

PROGRAMMING
Oversees three director positions
Develops our main event of the year, OMAthon
Creates events/initiatives throughout the year that are appealing to our campus

DIRECTOR POSITIONS

FINANCE
 

DIRECTOR(S) OF SPONSORSHIP
- Works with local and corporate businesses to acquire monetary and in-kind donations
- Maintains Sponsorship communication and relationships thorough-out the year 

DIRECTOR OF
INTERNAL FUNDRAISING

-  Develops fundraising incentivizing tiers for Miracle Makers throughout the year
- Coordinates fundraising events that are appealing to our campus

DIRECTOR OF
EXTERNAL FUNDRAISING

- Works with local area businesses to establish fundraising strategies with UNO Dance Marathon
- Staffs concerts with Baxter, CHI health and Ralston's Arenas

OPERATIONS

DIRECTOR OF HOSPITAL
AND FAMILY RELATIONS

- Establishes and cultivates relations with our Miracle Kids and Families
- Responsible for coordinating periodic tours of Omaha's Children's Hospital & Medical Center

 

DIRECTOR OF
INTERNAL RELATIONS

-  Records meeting minutes and attendance
- Plan and execute bonding opportunities for our committee
- Works closely with each director to show committee appreciation

DIRECTOR OF ALUMNI
- Develops events/initiatives for previous Miracle Makers
- Responsible for maintaining communication with previous Miracle Makers

OUTREACH

DIRECTOR(S) OF
MIRACLE MAKERS

- Actively engages with Miracle Makers for stewardship
- Develops the growth of our Miracle Makers
-Establishes initiatives to increase Miracle Maker recruitment

 

DIRECTOR OF
HIGH SCHOOL DANCE MARATHONS

-  Actively recruit local area high schools to develop a Dance Marathon, assisting our program
- Actively engaging in high school programming events/initiatives

DIRECTOR OF
CAMPUS RELATIONS

- Oversees our organization's lecture series with Children's Physicians and our campus
- Engages with the university to maintain active participation throughout campus

DIRECTOR OF SPONSORING ORGANIZATIONS
- Oversee the organizations that sponsor our Miracle Kids and Families
- Executive various events to engage our sponsoring organizations with UNODM

 

PROGRAMMING

DIRECTOR OF SCHEDULING
- Creates a cohesive schedule for our main event, OMAthon 
- Works closely with Children's Miracle Network (CMN) partners to establish a set schedule
- Assists in the planning of events throughout the year

DIRECTOR OF DECOR/MORALE
-  Creates ideas/visions for our main event, OMAthon
- Creates a morale dance for OMAthon
- Creates decorations for OMAthon

DIRECTOR OF SPECIAL EVENTS
- Plans and executes various events throughout the year 
- Develops new ideas/initiatives throughout the year as a way to engage with Miracle Makers

PUBLIC RELATIONS

DIRECTOR OF SOCIAL MEDIA
- Maintains and actively updates our social media platforms
- Communicates within all of committee on effect social media engagement

 

DIRECTOR OF PHOTO CONTENT
-  Captures images throughout various events/initiatives
- Creates image content for social media platforms

DIRECTOR OF VIDEO CONTENT 
- Creates appealing video content for our social media
- Obtains quality film that can be used for advertising purposes

DIRECTOR OF GRAPHICS
- Develops various graphics to advertise and spread our mission of UNODM
- Works closely within all of committee to create appealing graphics for events/initiatives

 

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING/BRANDING
- Maintains our organizations website
- Works closely with our branding guide to brand all items that represent our organization
- Works closely with the university and Children's Miracle Network (CMN) to follow branding protocol
